More about the garden
The garden was featured in The English Garden in May 2000 and we have been on numerous Japanese gardening programmes. As well as managing his own garden, James is a garden historian and designer.  He lectures extensively on the history of garden design for NADFAS and the NACF, also taking many groups to gardens.  He runs his own Garden Tour company with garden visits to many privately owned gardens in England as well as tours abroad to Italy, France and Spain.
